Senior Software Engineer
Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Senior software engineer/team lead with 3 to 4 years of experience is urgently sought to lead the design and development of the next generation Java application.
Technically the candidate must have sound understanding of Java with further knowledge of J2EE and EJB working in a commercial development environment. Knowledge in modular application development is desirable.Essential skills: Strong technical Java Development experience required using a range of J2EE, JSP, JSF, EJB, JavaScript, Struts, XML, web services, JBOSS, Oracle/MYSQL, Linux/Unix.
Any experience in compliance and document management will be a plus but not compulsory. A self starter is needed who can take full ownership of this role. Experience of writing and working to design documents would also be a plus. Responsibilities will also include training and motivating the team.
Working for a UK based company with development centre in Lahore; the job may involve international travel.
